Check Underkeep’s published OpenGL requirement, the Steam-client Windows limitation and the developer’s requested demo log location.

Can the Windows 7/8 wording be taken literally?
What hardware is actually specified?
Steam lists a 64-bit processor and operating system, with OpenGL 3.2-compatible graphics. It does not supply a tested frame-rate target or complete CPU, RAM and storage thresholds in the fetched requirements. Missing fields should stay unknown rather than being filled with made-up minimum specifications.

Can the Windows 7/8 wording be taken literally?
The game requirements mention Windows 7/8/10 or higher, but the same store page notes that the Steam client supports Windows 10 and later. Separate game-engine compatibility from access through a current storefront client. Verify the requirements of your intended store and operating system instead of treating that older line as a guarantee that today’s Steam works on an old installation.
What should you send after a demo freeze?
In the official demo discussion, developer Tovy requests the log located in Documents/Underkeep Demo and asks whether the issue also occurs in a window. The stated support contact is support@rakeingrass.com. Include the version, display mode, what you were doing and the visible error. No tested fix involving deleting saves or replacing system files is established here.
