Party Composition: Covering Four Hero Roles
Build a balanced Underkeep party around frontline survival, healing, damage and usable actions rather than an untested strongest-team list.

Which jobs should a party cover?
Start with a frontline that can withstand pressure, support for damaged characters and ways to finish encounters. The developer’s class overview describes Warrior as a physical fighter, Voidcaller as a healer and Wizard as a destructive caster. Archer is also listed. Treat these as the announced roles, then inspect the actual skills offered by your installed build.

Why does resource coverage matter?
A party that looks powerful on paper may feel restricted when stamina or mana is low. Check each hero’s available actions and equipment rather than requiring every caster to have an immediate damaging spell. Developer replies explain that early support classes need not start as direct-damage dealers, and that rest and potions support the resource loop.
Should you copy a supposedly perfect formation?
There is no verified full-release damage model or complete skill table behind a definitive ranking here. A practical test is whether the party can recover, hold the front and continue acting after its initial resources are spent. Change a role because it solves a problem you have actually encountered, not because an old development screenshot presents it as mandatory.
